PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING CLEANROOMS

PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING CLEANROOMS

Plastic injection molding is crucial across so many industries, from automotive and aerospace to general manufacturing and medical devices. Quality is critical, so quality control cleanrooms, process control cleanrooms, and research and development labs are essential for plastic injection molders. Whether the components your company molds are for automotive, aerospace, medical devices, or something else, Angstrom Technology can design a cleanroom to meet your required standard: ISO 9001,  ISO/TS 16949, ASTM E2352, ISO Class 7/Federal Standard 209 Class 10,000, or ISO 14644.

Our cleanroom process does from design to construction to installation to support, to fully meet your cleanroom needs, whatever your specific application. We offer HardWall cleanrooms,  RigidWall cleanrooms, and SoftWall cleanrooms, all of which are durable and high-quality, and can be free-standing or incorporate existing structures, walls, and HVAC and ventilation equipment. HardWall cleanrooms offer the highest level of control over environmental contamination, humidity, and static to meet the most stringent classifications. Softwall cleanrooms offer the greatest flexibility. RigidWall cleanrooms have the best of both worlds.

Angstrom Technology cleanrooms are custom designed beyond just the type of structure. We design with a number of options for multi-stage HEPA/ULPA air filtration systems, standard, flow through, and other cleanroom lighting, and laminar air flow systems that can work with dedicated or existing HVAC systems.

Our HardWall and RigidWall modular cleanrooms make use of your existing walls and are free-standing.

ADDITIONAL INSTALLATIONS

Angstrom Technology also offers and installs a variety of cleanroom lighting options from standard to flow through modules, air filtration systems with multiple stages that make use of prefilters and HEPA filters, and laminar airflow systems that can be integrated with existing HVAC.
