RIGIDWALL CLEANROOMS

RIGIDWALL CLEANROOMS

If you’re looking for a versatile cleanroom option, then a RigidWall cleanroom might be the one for you. Featuring the durability of a HardWall cleanroom and the affordable prices of a SoftWall cleanroom, a RigidWall cleanroom is a great in-between option. Providing contamination security from Class 100 standards to Class 100,000 standards, RigidWall cleanrooms are secure, clean, and provide a comfortable working environment. The best part about a RigidWall cleanroom is that it is modular, so you can move it where you need. If you move into a new building, there’s no need to buy or install another RigidWall cleanroom, you can just pick up and move your existing one. Additionally, RigidWall cleanrooms can be taken down and stored for those times when you need the space for something else.

A PERFECT COMBINATION OF SOFTWALL & HARDWALL CLEANROOMS

So, what are the benefits of a RigidWall cleanroom?

PROFESSIONAL AESTHETIC
An added benefit to a RigidWall cleanroom is their clean, professional aesthetic. While some SoftWall cleanrooms can look messy, and some HardWall cleanrooms can be too utilitarian, RigidWall cleanrooms are constructed of crystal-clear, flat, modular panels. They’ll look great, and they’ll also make it easier to monitor in-room activity, and more effectively showcase your work to executives, inspectors, and visitors.
QUALITY & AFFORDABILITY
A RigidWall cleanroom is designed for the company that doesn’t want to compromise quality, but is looking for a more affordable option. You’ll get the benefits of a RigidWall cleanroom, with flat, crystal-clear panels that are easy to clean and move, but at a price comparable to a SoftWall cleanroom. If you’re looking for a high quality cleanroom that doesn’t break the bank, a RigidWall cleanroom is the way to go.

HOW CAN YOU ENSURE YOUR RIGIDWALL
CLEANROOM IS PERFECT FOR YOU?

At Angstrom Technology, it’s our mission to design a cleanroom that is specific to your company, and your project’s unique needs.
That’s why we offer a variety of options that allow you to customize and improve your cleanroom:

A variety of materials: When choosing a RigidWall cleanroom, you’ll have multiple material options, in a variety of colors to suit any light wavelength control. You can pick from acrylic, static dissipative PVC, or polycarbonate wall panels, to find one that suits your cleanroom needs.

Pass-thru chambers: Allow for employees to pass materials and tools safely in and out of the cleanroom without having to gown and enter.

Scrub panels: Install these to have a washing area complete with a sink, soap dispenser and hand dryers.

Air release vents: These are used to ensure positive pressure is maintained in your cleanroom, and prevent incoming particles.

Door options: Whatever your cleanroom needs are, or wherever the door opens to, you will have four options: a standard door, a strip door, a sliding door, or an automatic door. This ensures that you can customize your cleanroom for your exact needs.

Security and Control Panels: It’s important to ensure that your cleanroom stays clean. One of the best ways to do this is to install control panels that only trained employees have access to. This way, all of your equipment, product, and the integrity of your cleanroom is protected. These security measures can range from simple door locks to electronic key-pad systems, to accommodate all security needs.

Interior walls and room dividers: If you need separate rooms, like a gowning room, or an area for material preparation you can have interior walls and room dividers installed to customize your cleanroom to fit your needs.

Electrical systems: Your cleanroom panels can come pre-wired to ensure easy installation of electrical accessories like wall-switches and outlets.

Customizable size: The size of your RigidWall cleanroom can range custom to your needs. The ceiling height ranges from 7’ to 14’ high.

Filters: Whatever standard your rigid wall cleanroom must perform to, we have a variety of filters to ensure proper contamination control. From HEPA to ULPA filters, we provide an entire range of functionality.

Lights: Based on the size of your cleanroom, proper lighting can be installed, and your RigidWall cleanroom can be built to optimize the light coming in from existing windows.

Ceiling grid systems: Built to accommodate the size and height of your RigidWall cleanroom, a strong aluminum ceiling grid will ensure that your RigidWall cleanroom doesn’t sag or fall over time.

Talk-through and intercom systems: Also available to provide easy communication through the cleanroom walls, without the hassle of gowning, or exiting the cleanroom.
