A SoftWall cleanroom can be suspended from your existing building, or it can be freestanding. Because SoftWall’s are so light, you can move them just about anywhere, giving you the flexibility to expand and upgrade your cleanroom if necessary.

Installing your SoftWall cleanroom will probably take you just a few hours, using minimal tools and following our precise instructions. If you’re not comfortable putting it together yourself, our experienced construction crew can help. We know you’ve got your hands full with your company as it is, so we’ll install it quickly and properly, with minimal distraction.

Like all of our cleanrooms, SoftWall cleanrooms are completely customizable, but more specifically, SoftWall cleanrooms tend to be more compact, meaning you’ll be able to find space for one, no matter what your business looks like. Our standard size SoftWall cleanrooms come in 2’ x 4’ increments, but we also regularly design custom-sized cleanrooms as well.


Sizes: If you’re choosing a standard size, SoftWall cleanrooms are available in 2’ x 4’ increments. Otherwise, you can request a custom size.

Frame Construction: The frame for SoftWall cleanrooms is made of a durable extruded aluminum alloy. We also provide all of the leveling pads and fasteners necessary.

Finish: The standard finish is a white powder-baked enamel, but there are other options available if you would like to customize your SoftWall cleanroom.

Curtain: You can choose from the following curtain materials: Anti-static PVC, conductive PVC, or polyethylene; 40 mil clear is the standard, while 60 or 80 mil strips from 6″ to 12″ wide in frosted or clear anti-static vinyl are also available. You can also choose from many colors created specifically for light wavelength control and UV absorption.

Entrance Types: For your SoftWall cleanroom entrance, you can choose between overlap, strip, sliding or hinged entry doors.

Blank Panels: Our SoftWall blank panels are constructed of vinyl-faced gypsum with sealed edges.

Electrical Wiring: Site installed from light and filter-unit junction boxes. We offer standard fan filter units with a polarized, grounded plug and three-speed switch. You also have the option of a pre-assembled wiring harnesses. A control panel for filter fan speed controls, motor fusing, lighting controls and wiring is optional as well.
