Static Clean MCS-Medical Cleaning Station

With Static Clean’s MCS-Medical Cleaning Station, there will be no more blowing particulate around the manufacturing environment or cleanroom causing recontamination. The MCS is an excellent contamination control tool designed to improve yields by reducing rework. The flush mounted Vac Hood incorporates shockless static control bars and stainless-steel compressed air tubes that remove dirt particles and delivers them to a filtered dust collector. This is a huge advantage compared to air guns, nozzles and other air devices that do not provide a means of source capturing the dislodged contamination.
